Please find the attached 2022 Nominations and Election Guidelines that includes the description of all the open positions for Executive Committee members and one Trustee position, eligibility, timelines, and elections, 2022 Elections – Nomination Acceptance & Consent Form, Trustee’s Volunteer Form, and Bylaws and let us know if you have any questions. Due the time constraints and to meet deadlines of installing executive committee before January 01-2022, we agreed to accelerate this process.

Nominations opening day: Monday, November 22nd, 2021
Deadline for nominations: Saturday, December 4th, 2021, 11:59 p.m.
Nominations to be posted on NEOTA website on or before: Sunday, December 5th, 2021, 11:59 p.m.
Deadline to withdraw nominations: Saturday, December 11th, 2021, 11:59 p.m.
Final List of nominations to be updated on NEOTA website: Sunday, December 12th, 2021
Election to be conducted, if applicable Sunday, December 26th, 2021
